As founder and President of Focus Group Solutions, Inc. (FGS), Ms. Russell has grown the company into a leading provider serving the Federal government and Fortune 500 customers. Ms. Russell’s long-term vision, year-after-year growth, strategic partnerships with leading vendors and a sincere commitment towards customer satisfaction have positioned FGS to become an emerging solutions provider in the Federal and Commercial marketplace. Ms. Russell’s in depth experience and expertise in full life-cycle recruiting for commercial accounting, finance, and Federal professional services has been instrumental in her previous success in spearheading various Commercial Contracts and Procurement service offerings. Laura is a graduate of Radford University with a Major in Communications and Concentration in Public Relations.
Rebecca Goehringer, Director of Recruiting
Ms. Goehringer comes to FGS with proven track record of growth in recruiting practices across multiple industries over the past decade. At FGS she coordinates efforts in the Contracts and Procurement business, but also provides valuable experience in Account Management in addition to her expertise in recruiting for Lifecycle IT, Financial Services, and Business recruiting. Prior to joining the management team at FGS, Rebecca served at Celerity, LLC and Government Contract Solutions (GCS) leading efforts to expand the commercial practices at each. Ms. Goehringer holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
