During the post- award administration phase, FGS fully coordinates with agency decision makers. The FGS team is capable of advising and resolving demanding compliance matters as well as meeting deadlines, ensuring schedules are met, and regulations as well as budget guidelines are adhered to.
FGS personnel are fully experienced in contract close-out activities. Upon project completion, FGS makes certain all documentation is complete and recorded, and the project closed according to regulatory guidelines.
